“I just finished reading your book. the shocking truth about gluten. I have Autism, ADHD, Tourette’s, learning disability (Dyspraxia, Dyslexia), Sensory Processing Disorder, Bipolar 2 and PTSD. I used to have a diagnosis of mild to moderate intellectual disability.
I have been gluten and dairy free since 2008. I have found that it has really helped me a lot. it has cured me from a lot of immune system problems, like i was spewing every week, had headaches/migraines 24/7, was on 8 different psych medications, etc.
Now I feel so much better, although am soy free as well and avoid all harm full food additives like MSG and aspartame. I believe that going down this way it recovered me from my intellectual disability. thank you for writing your book.
