Shipping times – when to expect your order
Our estimated delivery date for your order is based how quickly we can package and ship your items, your shipping address, and the shipping speed and options you choose. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
We currently give shipping costs to these countries: New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom, Europe, USA, Canada, Japan, and China. If you want us to send a shipment to any other country, please contact us.
Calculating shipping costs
The total shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before you submit your order. Shipping and handling charges are based on the delivery option you choose and the weight, size and dimensions of your items.
Shipping methods and carriers
We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. Most items may be shipped to P.O. Boxes. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order.
YFoodX Ltd and Dr Rodney Ford gladly accept orders from all around the globe. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.
Items from the web site can be shipped to several international regions, but cannot be shipped to Africa, Island Nations, Israel, Latin America, or the Middle East.
Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility.
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from YFoodX Ltd and Dr Rodney Ford, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the New Zealand may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (Import Fees). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
